Country Auctions
On-Site Auctions/Country Estate Auctions: Occasionally we will sell a house and contents or host an auction at a remote location. Recently, we have done on-site auctions in Earlysville, Lovingston, Somerset, Greene County, and other locations in Central Virginia. We set up tents on the property and sell the contents of the house.
Estate Sales: Harlowe-Powell Auction has sold a number of important estates including portions of the John Kluge living Estate, the estate of English Ambassador Henry Hohler, the Horace Burr estate, the Eudora Bolling Estate, and many more. These dedicated estate sales have taken place at our auction gallery.
